The purpose of Pesticides-Online is to provide a common source of pesticide residue data to all persons that have
to deal with pesticide residues. Unless you advice otherwise your personal and laboratory data may be made
available, where appropriate, to other persons within the pesticides residue laboratory network. We do not sell
any data to third party organizations. Members of the laboratory network are also not allowed to sell any data to
third party organizations. The database will comprise data that have been submitted by you either directly
through online forms or through submission files (e.g. Microsoft Excel™ files). The administrators and the
member(s) are joint “data controllers” of the personal and laboratory data stored in Pesticides-Online.
Whenever you access our server, data is stored for statistical and backup purposes. We merely record the IP
address of your internet service provider for a limited period of time, the date and time of the day as well as
the website where you visit us. This information is solely used for improving our internet service and is not
passed on to third parties or analysed in a way that can be traced back to you.
